Tariff

If you have stayed before and would like to book direct please send us an email to get an exact quote for your dates and number of guests.

The minimum price is £300 per night for up to 10 people.

The minimum stays are as below with examples of the pricing.

Off-peak season the minimum stay is 3 nights.

3 nights for up to 10 guests is £900, additional guests are £75 each

Over Easter holidays the minimum stay is 5 nights

Due to lambing on the farm we only take one 5 night stay at this time.
For up to 10 guests this is £1500, additional guests are £125 each.
Please be aware you will hear sheep near by.

From the 1st July to 6th September the minimum stay is 5 nights

5 nights for up to 10 guests is £1500, additional guests are £125 each

Over Christmas the minimum stay is 5 nights

5 nights for up to 10 guests is £1500, additional guests are £125 each

Over New Years eve

3 night stay for up to 12 guests is £1500, additional guests are £75 each

During other Bank holiday weekends not covered by the above, half terms, June and early Christmas holiday the minimum stay is 4 nights

4 nights for up to 10 guests is £1200, additional guests are £100 each

We will only offer a 3 night stay at peak times if this gap presents itself on our calendar.

Check in is from 4PM

Check out is at 11AM

Children under 2 are free

The number of guests coming to the holiday barn must match the booking. All guests must be paid for. There is a minimum price for up to 10 guests. Additional guests are charged at the nightly rate for the whole duration of the groups stay. We will ask which beds you would like made up close to your arrival date.

Strictly no pets allowed.

Rubbish and recycling must be sorted into the supplied facilities. We will gladly empty and provide more as needed- just let us know.

Children must be supervised in the swimming pool at all times. The swimming pool is used entirely at your own risk. There is no lifeguard. You should not use the pool after drinking alcohol. No glass must be taken into the swimming pool area.

Please be considerate of all the other farm residents.

Strictly no fireworks allowed.

No amplifying equipment to be brought into the property.

Due to the current infrastructure on our farm, we do not allow any electric vehicle charging on site. Please park in the designated parking area and do not block access to the farm

Any illegal activity will result in an immediate eviction.

If you have stayed with us previously, you can book direct with us. Contact us via email galfordsprings@gmail.com to let us know when you stayed before and with which group, request your preferred dates and the numbers of adults and children wishing to stay and we can provide a quote. A 25% deposit is then required to confirm booking. Payment can be made via bank transfer or paypal. The final balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.
